The Downtown Rescue Mission has been in existence since 1975. Our campus is comprised of eight buildings which spans 5 acres, with approximately 70,000 square feet of building space, which includes a men's, a women's and a transient dormitory, a chapel, a full service kitchen, a maintenance shop and storage facilities, as well as educational and administrative buildings. In addition the mission has four Bargain Centers located in Huntsville, Meridianville, Decatur and Albertville.

Denise Jones Interim Director of Women's and Children's Ministries- Oversees all aspects of women's and children's needs plus family ministries. Rev. Michael Luna, Director of Men's Ministries - Oversees the day to day activities of the Chapel Ministry, the Celebrate Recovery Program and most counseling issues with the program and transient homeless utlizing the mission's services. 256-534-2029 x.20.
